    i m a obc candidate. I don't want to join 1st counselling. I want to join just re-counselling(for obc/sc/st).is it possible?kya mujhe apne documents ka verification krane 1st counselling me jana padega ya vo bhi re-counselling me ho jayega? Plz give me full info about this...
