UPTU Couselling 2009 On-line uptu counselling is started from 26 July 2009,this see uptu counselling will be done at twelve counselling centres located at different cities in state of Uttar Pradesh. The candidate invited for counselling is to report at counselling centre allotted to them. The details of counselling will be provided to successful candidates with SEE UPTU counselling letter.UPTU counselling letter will be sent by post to the successful candidates.
