UPTU Re-Counselling For SC/ST/OBC

Special uptu re-counselling is starting from 21st 2009 but for only SC,ST and OBC's students.So, there is very much possibility for the better college in this special re-counselling.
Second uptu counselling (re-counselling) for all categories including general candidates starts from 5th September 2009.

      Yes, chances are there to get govt. college, sc ranking and seats are very unpridctable... as most high rank students opt for private colleges too after IET or HBTI.
