UPTU UPSEE 2015 Counselling Steps & Process

Uttar Pradesh Technical University ( UPTU) has declared the date for document verification for the successful candidates in  Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2015. The UPSEE counselling dates for this years are expected soon by UPTU. Before that successful students who wants to appear in counselling must follow the steps or procedure before counselling and get their required documents verified such as counselling letter, admit card and pay their counselling fee. The details of UPSEE counselling procedure are given below in steps for admissions in different technical colleges affiliated to UPTU.


The steps of UPSEE counselling are given below :

1. The candidates can download their counselling letters from the official website by entering their course, roll number and date of birth.

2. They are required to pay a counselling fee of Rs 500. The payment can be through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the 'Finance Officer, UPTU, Lucknow. The DD should be payable at the respective document verification centres of the candidates.

3. The candidates have to submit the following documents for verification- UPSEE 2015 admit card UPSEE 2015 counselling letter UPSEE 2015 online registration slip (only for JEE Main candidates) Mark sheet for Class 12 examination Passing Certificate for Class 12 Character certificate Medical Fitness certificate Documents for reserved category, as applicable

4. The candidates are allowed to fill as many choices as they want to, in order of their preference.

5. They will be allotted seats on the basis of their ranks in the exam.

6. 20 percent of the seats in private institutions are reserved for the candidates who appeared for JEE Main 2015.

7. Once the seats have been allotted, candidates must complete the formalities regarding document verification and payment of fee in order to complete their admission process.

UPSEE 2015 Application Form UPTU Online Registration

UPSEE 2015 Application Form Registration Details:  UPSEE 2015 application form registration will be available on www.uptu.ac.in under UPTU Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination Registration(UPSEE). Uttar Pradesh Technical University(UPTU) conducts the UPSEE examination for the admission for multiple disciplines such as B.Tech, B.Pharm,BCA,B.Arch, B.Fad, MBA, M.C.A. UPSEE 2015 entrance exam is for state level technical colleges under UPTU in Uttar Pradesh. The candidates who wants to apply for UPSEE 2015 exam have generally two options to apply, first is online registration and second is offline, through post, candidates may buy upsee application form from authorized centers ( generally Head Post Office or GPO of your city ).

Important Dates: UPTU UPSEE 2015 dates will be announced soon. UPSEE exam will be held in April 2015 most probably 19th and 26th April 2015 ( exact dates are available when forms are declared by UPTU ).

• 4 year course BHMCT for Hotel Management and Catering Technology. 
• 4 year course B.Pharm for Pharmacy

How To Apply: The candidate who are wants to apply may fill this application form available from Jan-Feb 2015. Forms are available soon on the official university website and on authorized centers of UPTU. we will also inform you as soon as forms are available for candidates. According to previous year timing, application form for UPSEE will be available from any time between Jan-Feb 2015. The two options of application are online and offline . The candidates can fill the form through online and offline mode as per their convenience .

After filling the UPSEE application form by choosing any one option of registration, candidates will have to send the confirmation of form to the university, as described in application form or proforma, to the address mentioned below:

For Document Verification 124 Colleges Are Allotted For UPSEE Counseling 2013

Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) has announced the list of centres for document verification and counseling for state entrance examination UPSEE-2013 on Saturday. Document verification for candidates interested to take admission in technical colleges across the state will take place at 124 colleges. In Lucknow, the document verification process will be held at 19 centres.

For the first time, UPTU will conduct off-campus online counseling for admission to various technical colleges. The counseling process for JEE (mains) candidates is likely to begin from July 4. Private colleges affiliated to UPTU have a provision to fill up 20% seats through JEE (mains) which was earlier known as AIEEE. For SEE candidates, the process would begin around July7-8. Candidates will have to download the rank letter and visit the nearest counseling center for document verification.

Unlike previous years, a student will only have to visit a centre for verification of documents. Giving details of the process, university's pro vice-chancellor DS Yadav said once it is over, candidates can choose the desired branch and colleges from home. Candidates will be given eight days to lock the seat. "This year, students will get ample time to decide on the college and branch. Also, they can seek help from their parents or mentors in making a choice. In previous years, student usually got 30 minutes and that too alone to lock a seat,'' said Yadav.

Any student who marks the seat but forgets to lock the choice in the eight-day window should not worry, for his/her seat will automatically be locked by the counseling team. Once the locking of seats ends, seat allotment will begin according to the merit. The university intends to complete all admissions by July 30.

Another change initiated by the university is mandatory allotment of digital signatures to all officials at the document verification centre. "This will help in more transparency as in case of forgery or other anomaly, we can trace the name of the official responsible for verifying the documents,'' said an official. The entire shift from on campus to off campus online counseling is to make students feel comfortable, said Yadav.

UPSEE Counselling Schedule For AIEEE and CMAT 2012 Seats

In UPSEE Counselling 2012 there is 20% reserved seats in private institutions for AIEEE 2012 and CMAT 2012 students. In this reservation there is 10% reserved seats for Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates.
Online application forms are invited from the students declared successful by the respective AIEEE-2012 and CMAT–2012 through the website http//www.upsee.nic.in.

The schedule for online application & counselling for are:

1. Application : 28th June 2012 to 2nd July 2012
